Sip Privacy Policy

1. Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Jadonglab handles information for Sip, a drink logging app for iPhone, iPad, widgets, and Apple Watch.

Sip does not require account registration or sign-in. The app is designed to work without a server-side user profile or server-side drink history.

2. Information collected by the app

Sip does not collect app data for tracking, advertising, analytics, or sale to third parties. The app privacy manifest declares no collected data and no tracking.

• No account information is requested by the app.
• No drink log data is sent to Jadonglab servers.
• No third-party advertising or analytics SDK is used.

3. Drink logs and local storage

Drink logs, today's totals, and quick-log preferences are stored on your device using Apple UserDefaults app-group storage. This lets Sip, widgets, and Apple Watch read the same local state.

Because this information stays on your device, deleting the app or clearing app data may remove the local drink history stored by Sip.

4. Support email

If you email Jadonglab for support, your email address, message, and any details you choose to include are used to respond to your request and resolve the issue.

Please avoid sending sensitive personal information. Support emails are kept only as long as needed for support, recordkeeping, and ordinary business administration.

5. Sharing, tracking, and third parties

Jadonglab does not sell Sip app data and does not use Sip app data for cross-app tracking. Sip does not provide drink logs to advertisers, analytics providers, or data brokers.

Information may be disclosed only when required to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, or operate ordinary support email systems.

6. Retention and deletion

Local drink logs remain on your device until you delete them through the app, remove the app, or clear the relevant device data. Support email records can be deleted on request unless retention is required for legal or legitimate business reasons.

7. Children's privacy

Sip is not designed to request personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information through a support request, contact Jadonglab so it can be reviewed and removed where appropriate.
